No, not Allied...

It looks like Mohamed Hadid is on Santa's naughty list this year!
On Thursday, a judge finally put the clamps down on Mohamed and his real estate company for ignoring multiple construction violations over the years. The three criminal building complaints mainly centers around Hadid's insanely big mansions which resemble the "Starship Enterprise" from Star Trek.
Here's the rundown:
Not only is the mogul's mega mansion 9,000 square feet over what was approved, but Los Angeles residents have cited his massive projects as potentially fatal. Since the homes are built on alleged unstable ground, they can collapse if a mudslide occurs. Not to mention Gigi Hadid's dad reportedly stole land from a wheelchair bound grandma and other residents for his lavish mansions.
"We are pleased with this decision. It is the right thing. When a person has been holding himself out to be the owner and then suddenly he says that he doesn't know anything about it, there has to be accountability. Everybody has to be held accountable to the rules of the community they live in,' added the former president and CEO of Ticketmaster. 'That's what separates us from animals."
As for Mohamed, he's not as thrilled with the developments and he posted this gem shortly after the judge issued his ruling:

Ha! We love how Mr. Hadid quoted himself! It's not the first time, by the way…
So, what do YOU think of the ruling?
