Get It, Girl! Beyoncé Set To Co-Star — With Bradley Cooper — In The A Star Is Born Remake!

No wonder she's been taking all those acting classes recently!

Sources are saying Beyoncé is all set to star in A Star Is Born, alongside Bradley Cooper — and Cooper will be making his directorial debut with the project!

Quiz: How Well Do You Know Beyoncé?

Of course, A Star Is Born was originally made in 1937 and then remade twice — in 1954 with Judy Garland, and again in 1976 with Barbra Streisand — but now Queen Bey looks to give it a go for a third remake!

While it might be an iconic dramatic role for Bey — and allow her to cross over into other serious acting roles, as well — Cooper is also looking to get something big out of the project: after box office flops with Burnt and Aloha, the American Sniper star wants to build back his stellar reputation with this remake.

Don't count on it coming soon, though… Cooper is currently looking for funding, according to sources, and the film won't even go before cameras for 12-14 more months.

Nevertheless, a source revealed that Cooper is piecing it together:

"Beyoncé is a go. [Cooper] is out to find the rest of the cast, but he may take another acting role [in the meantime]. He's furiously making everything he can. He is looking to really disappear into his next role. That's where Bradley's best — in American Sniper, American Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook."

AH-mazing on all counts!

What do U think Perezcious readers — excited about a movie starring Queen Bey??
