Talk about an awkward situation.
During a candid chat with DailyMail, the famous 12-year-old's biological parent begged:

Well that's convenient.
While looking into the case, authorities found that Scott's tour bus was filled with all kinds of drugs, and his bandmate, Tommy Black was eventually arrested for cocaine possession that could have been related to Weiland's death.
Well there's good news for Black, as the music website Alternative Nation, reports that police have officially dropped the charges against Tommy because they found it to be too difficult to prove that the drugs that caused the overdose belonged to Black.
While there were several drugs in the former Stone Temple Pilots' singer's body, such as ethanol and methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), cocaine was also in his system.
There hasn't been any official word or statement from Black, but the bassist did share a couple articles regarding the dropped charge on his Facebook page.
Regardless of someone being connected to the 48-year-old's overdose, it doesn't make the death any less tragic.
Our hearts go out to all those affected by Scott's untimely death.
