This is so cute!
Taylor Swift was making her way to Tennessee when she decided to stop by Grand Junction, Colorado to visit one of her biggest fans, 13-year-old Delaney Clements.
Unfortunately for Clements, she had just entered hospice care in the last few weeks after her battle with cancer that has lasted years.

Tay-Tay decided to stop after she took notice of Delaney's story and saw "#delaneymeettaylor" on social media.
Wendy Campbell, the 13-year-old's mom, used the hashtag while her daughter continually fought for her life and ultimately made the sad announcement about hospice care on December 8 after the cancer had spread to her child's brain.
The silver lining in this is that Taylor was able to stop by and spend some quality time with the whole Clements family!
Of course the teenaged fan was over the moon as she took to Instagram to share the image (above) with the ADORABLE caption:
"I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor. And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was. Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens… The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!! I am beyond Blessed for everyone's help and support!!! Thank you!!!Happy holidays!!😍💙☃ @taylorswift #Delaneymeettaylor@bryyleiigh"
But the love fest didn't stop there as Wendy also shared:
And the Bad Blood singer posted her own saying:
We're so saddened by the news about Delaney, but we hope that Swift's visit brought the Clements family just a bit more Christmas cheer!
