Teresa Giudice is a free woman!
On Wednesday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT just in time for the holidays!
In case you forgot, the Bravolebrity has spent nearly a year behind bars when she and her husband Joe were found guilty on fraud charges. Oof!
Still, it seems the brunette beauty is ready to get back to her family and in front of the cameras.

One source noted:
"She is thrilled that she is finally going home…Prison was tough for her but she made the best of it…She couldn't wait to get home to Joe and the girls from the minute she set foot in prison. She is so happy and grateful that she is able to be home with them, for Christmas, no less."
We don't doubt that to be true. However, it's since been reported that the 43-year-old may film her reunion and her transition back into civilian life for the network, who is EAGER for that footage. Unfortunately, the cameras CANNOT film the mother-of-four leaving prison.
We can only imagine Bravo is looking forward to this footage since the family's special about Teresa behind bars had quite a bit of success — and Teresa wasn't really even in it!
Supposedly, Bravo's not sure if they want to use the new stuff for RHONJ or for a new special. Hmm, very inneresting.
Nonetheless, the family reunion may have been delayed a bit as the starlet was released at 5:01 a.m., but was still at the prison at 5:30 a.m. due to extensive paperwork. Bummer!
Regardless, Miz Giudice's attorney confirmed:
"She is free."
We couldn't be happier for Teresa as she rejoins her family for Christmas. Congrats!
