No, not Allied...

We can't wait!
Since we've already binged the AH-Mazing Jessica Jones which dropped on Netflix just over a month ago, we're now looking forward to more Daredevil.
The first season was intense, though admittedly slow at times. But with the additions of Jon Bernthal as The Punisher and Elodie Yung as Elektra, we're guessing season 2 of the Marvel hit won't have that issue.
Entertainment Weekly just released some new pics of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil being confronted by Bernthal's Punisher and apparently getting cozy with Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page!
To go along with the images, new showrunners Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez dished on what to expect in the sophomore season of the superhero show!
"The advantage of any sequel is you can dive right in. We hit the ground running and then we ran as fast as we f*cking could."
Petrie went on to talk a bit about Bernthal's take on The Punisher:
"Viewers watching the show will be rooting for this guy with a gun but we're also going to force people — the way we force Matt — to second-guess themselves. Taking lethal justice into your own hands in America in 2015 is tricky sh*t. We have not shied away from the rich complicated reality of Now. If you've got a gun and you're not the police you're going to incite strong feelings. We're stirring the pot and we're aware of the headlines where we live and we're trying to get people to think."
But new characters aren't the only change as season season two will also show more sex as Matt gets a bit closer with Karen — and his old college flame, Elektra, comes back into town!
While we still don't know when in 2016 the second season will drop on the popular streaming service, we couldn't be more excited!
What do you think of the season two news?
