What a horrible person.

UPDATE, 5:36 p.m. ET: According to reports, Chris Brown is now going on the offensive, insinuating he is going to sue the accuser for defamation over false accustions related to the battery claim over the weekend.
These are VERY strong words of denial!
Chris Brown may be under investigation by Las Vegas police right now after he allegedly hit a 26-year-old woman during an altercation at a private party over New Year's weekend, but his reps are categorically calling that untrue!
"The victim was alleged to have been battered by Brown, who at the same time took her cell phone. A verbal altercation took place as the victim was escorted out of the room by private security and into the hallway."
Brown's reps called the victim's statements to police "unequivocally untrue," and allege that the supposed victim had been removed from the hotel due to "wild behavior," and then some:
"Her claim that she had her phone in her possession inside the after party and was able to take a photo causing an altercation with Chris Brown is a complete fabrication. This seems like a clear case of retaliation for her bruised ego."
TMZ is reporting the accuser as Liziane Gutierrez, and they allege she's been left bitter after run-ins by celebrities before… for whatever that's worth.
In the meantime, guess we'll see where the police investigation takes Brown…
