Talk about a rocky episode.
On Sunday night's Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the fam was continuing their idyllic vacay in St. Bart's.
Unfortunately, the episode wasn't all fun and games as it also showed Scott Disick finally confronting the family, apologizing for his escapades and behavior over the summer.

Lord D sat down with the reality stars and explained:
"I've apologized to Kourtney a hundred times, but I've never apologized to all of you for letting all of you down and embarrassing you guys."
Disick went on to reveal to the family that he has had "addiction issues" and told them:
"You know how many times I wanted to come over and sit with you, and explain, and go through all the reasons of how I got here? I've never been as unhappy in my life. It's just terrible. If I didn't have those kids, I would kill myself."
Well now that Scott is spending more time with his kids and gushing over them, we hope this means he's got his life back on track!

That wasn't the only shocking moment on KUWTK though, as Kim Kardashian West took some time to make fun of her brother Rob Kardashian and his weight gain. Uh-oh!
In a clip from the episode, Kim was talking about Rob's tattoo of his ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon that he inked over with a tattoo of his gf at the time Rita Ora, who is now also an ex. Kim poked fun at her brother saying:
"He covered it with a life-sized barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll."
Since Kim apparently hadn't shamed her brother enough, she continued:
"Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he's gained weight and it's like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!"
We understand that he's family and she's just having some fun, but srsly Kim, you've got more class than that!
What do you think of Scott's admission and Kim's teasing comments?
