This could get messy.
As if Scott Weiland's December death from a drug overdose couldn't get any worse, his ex-wife Mary Forsberg has filed docs proving she's the executor of his will. Problem is, Scott left behind a widow and wife of two years Jamie Watchel.

Yikes! Sounds complicated!
While Scott's signature is on the will in question, sources say it was completed in 2007 when the couple's marriage was on the rocks. Not to mention Weiland was at the height of his addictions during this time.
Hmm, are insiders suggesting S.W. was coerced or forced into signing the doc?
On the other hand, Mary could simply be looking out for the couple's two kids who could benefit from the singer's assets totaling more than $2 million dollars. It's especially convincing considering the rock icon allegedly didn't pay much child support over the years.
Despite the will, Jamie could still contest the legal move.
So, do YOU think Mary should be entitled to the money?
