Netflix has thousands of watchable movies on its streaming service!
Not only does the service have a healthy amount of critically and commercially successful films ready to be streamed, but its list of original titles is growing at a rapid pace!

So with all the movies on the site, we were a bit surprised when we learned what title was Netflix's most watched movie ever!
Speaking at the company's CES 2016 keynote, chief content officer Ted Sarandos shared that the most watched movie in the history of Netflix is…
Adam Sandler's Western comedy The Ridiculous 6!
Sarandos explained that the film, which premiered less than a month ago, has become the most-watched title in Netflix's library of both original and licensed films! He said:
"The Ridiculous Six, by way of example, in the first 30 days on Netflix it's been the most-watched movie in the history of Netflix. It's also enjoyed a spot at #1 in every territory we operate in, and in many of them it's still #1."
Aside from Netflix's intense promotion of the film, its rapidly-growing user base is larger than ever before — so a LOT more people are available to watch today than there were last year.
Whether or not you're a fan of Sandler's low-brow comedy, it's hard to argue the success of his cross-generational appeal! (Despite not-so-great reviews!)
