Drama, drama, drama.
On Thursday, it was revealed that a man is suing Botched's Paul Nassif for allegedly performing a surgery that caused damage to his eye. Yikes!
The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday by Eric Klein at the El Lay Superior Court. Klein initially got the surgery to assist with his breathing problems. Though, it seems as if he got even more problems than he signed up for!
Apparently, after the reality TV star performed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty back in November 2014, the patient was left with a right eye that didn't close properly, unusual pain, and a pulling sensation. Merp!
The legal documents also highlight that the complainant was told the damage was simply swelling and a result from previous trauma.
However, Klein is now claiming that his current situation is caused by a displacement of a tendon under his eye — which supposedly happened during the procedure Nassif performed. Yuck!
Not to mention, the alleged victim is now accusing the doc of telling his colleagues to relay that the damage was done from past trauma in order to protect his reputation. Those are certainly fighting words!
Of course, IF this medical negligence is true, we support Klein as he seeks an unspecified amount in damages. It'll certainly be inneresting to see what will happen to the E! show if Paul is found guilty.
Ch-ch-check back in for more updates!
