Ever wondered just what Jennifer Lopez does to get so flawless??
Well, the Shades Of Blue starlet is making it easy as she's finally spilled all the secrets behind her glowing skin and svelte figure!

So, how does the 46-year-old keep her skin looking so youthful?? In a new interview in the latest issue of UsWeekly, the brunette beauty revealed:
"I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself. I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older."
That doesn't mean she doesn't have coffee — it's just decaf. Sigh.
Guess we're not surprised J.Lo works hard to take care of herself in order to look the way she does!
And as you might have imagined, the momma of two also makes sure to eat healthy, incorporating as many greens into her diet as she can. For when she's not munching on her 90-calorie Body Lab Shake for breakfast, she says:
"We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale."
Then there are her TWO personal trainers!
"When I am in New York I work out with David Kirsch - he's an amazing trainer. When I'm in LA, I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body."
But most incredible of all is Jen's sleep schedule! She admitted:
"I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that. So seven or eight is mandatory. If I don't get it I just don't feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time."
We SO feel you!
