OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

Watch out, Kirstie Alley — there's a new weight loss champ in town!
In a recent sit down, Undateable's Ron Funches' spoke out on his AMAZING body transformation and how he managed to drop from 355 lbs. to 245 lbs in just one year. Naturally, the comedian was ecstatic over his inspirational feat!
Speaking on why he was motivated to shed the weight in the first place, Funches admitted:
"My mom had mentioned a couple of times that she had been concerned, and she never mentioned it before, so when she brought that up, it made me take notice. And then I have my son Malcolm, who's 12, and I was seeing that his habits weren't healthy, and that I was probably a bad influence on him. I wanted to change that."
What great reasons! There's no better inspiration to get healthy than your loved ones!
Luckily for Ron, the journey to fit wasn't as difficult as he had imagined. Once a fan of sugary drinks and Philly cheese steaks, the actor simply cut the bad stuff out of his diet to maintain a svelte physique.
"It's my favorite thing. I love a good Roy Rogers or Shirley Temple, and I had to give those up. And Philly cheesesteaks. I love Philly cheesesteaks, and now they really aren't around anymore."
Instead of fatty foods, the funny man now opts for greek yogurt with fruit, stir-fry, and turkey sandwiches.
But wait, that's not all! The father has also become a workout addict, taking in hikes with his son and enjoying group fitness classes.
"I never was into athletics or any team sports, so it's completely new for me. I've also been taking a spin class on occasion, and I'm looking into taking a boxing class."
The body transformation has not only changed his confidence, but it also has improved his wardrobe:
"I can do a lot more things without being tired and sweaty. And I like nice clothes, so it's nice to be able to buy a nice a jacket. When you get to be a certain size as a man, all the shirts end up having giant dogs on them or things like that!"
Sounds like a big improvement!
As for the 32-year-old's bond with Malcolm, the weight loss and weekly hikes have strengthened their relationship:
"It's nice to have an hour a couple of times a week to just spend me and him. It's a nice bonding experience, as well as good for our health."
Aw! So Sweet!
Congrats on your weight loss, Funches!
