As we previously reported, the twosome have been hitting the gym together since starting their new relationship. While this might be a normal couple activity for most, this new dedication to getting healthy comes shortly after the KUWTK celeb's diabetes related hospital visit.
On Thursday, the video vixen's online personal trainer Chris Jinna confirmed that Blac asked him to formulate a fitness and health plan for her new man. Wow!
We knew they were working out together but way to go above and beyond, girl!
"[She came to me] recently, maybe a week ago. She just asked some type of tips for Rob, to get him a meal plan. So I created a plan for them and sent it over."
Score! Apparently, Chris has been working with the mother-of-one since November by keeping track of her workout routines and eating habits.
On adding Rob into the mix, he added:
"She does refer to him as her boyfriend, yes. They both have the same goals — they just want to basically get in shape, kind of shed a little bit, just have a healthier life, live a healthier lifestyle. They're really taking this stuff pretty serious. They're supposed to be going to the gym at least five times a week together. I'm not sure if all the time if they're actually going together, but since Rob asked for that plan, I would assume that they would be, at least motivating each other."
Well that's good to hear.
Though the trainer isn't hitting the gym with the couple, he is checking in on Snapchat. He relayed:
"On Snapchat the other day, she was on the elliptical and Rob was [there], I saw his feet on the ground. She was showing her legs moving and then you can see Rob's feet in the background as well, encouraging her, which was pretty cool."
Here's hoping everything stays according to plan for the item — especially since the gym expert would like to become the duo's in house trainer. He concluded:
"Maybe when [they become] very serious about their goals, start to see results, maybe they will call me in."
Good luck, bro!
