Apparently authorities noticed the post as well, and Andalucia's Child Protection Agency is looking into the case to see if Francisco broke any laws. A spokesperson for the agency spoke to The Times and said:
"We absolutely reject this and will gather information with a view to possibly taking action."
Since the matador posted the pic online, he has made his profile private, most likely as a result of all the criticism he's received. But the caption to his picture reads:
"Carmen's debut. She's the fifth generation of bullfighters in our family. My granddad was a bullfighter as well as my dad. My dad did this with me and I've done it with my daughters Cayetana and now the Carmen."
Ordóñez also posted a side-by-side photo of him with his daughter and his father with him with the caption:
