So much happened on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
As we previously reported, the show opened with the family prepping for both Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner's birthdays. Of course, this was quickly overshadowed as news broke to the family that Lord Disick had entered a treatment facility — leaving the Kardashians happy, yet doubtful since the father-of-three had already "gone to rehab so many times."
Nonetheless, it was revealed in the show that Kimmy Kakes did go and visit Scott and brought along his three kiddos. Unfortunately, the estrangement between Kourtney Kardashian and her former flame seemed pretty real as she wasn't ready to see her ex and hadn't (at the point) answered Scott's email about joining him in therapy.
The episode then took a darker turn as Odom's health scare was addressed in a series of news updates and a cut to black that explained that filming had halted while Lamar was in critical condition. The show then jumped two weeks forward, where Khloé Kardashian's momager and sis Kourt discussed the NBA star's move to Cedar Sinai Medical Center.
"I'm so overwhelmed with what's going with Lamar. It's heartbreaking. I don't think I've ever felt so powerless and it makes me really, really sad."
Sniff! Though we already new KoKo was constantly by Lamar's side following the incident, it was still touching to hear her family recounts of the tough time. The pint-sized Kardashian added:
"Khloé spent every second in the hospital with Lamar. She feels guilty for needing to leave."
Poor thing. Though it was inneresting to see Kris' reaction when she learned from the family's lawyer at Kim's birthday party that Khloé had called off her divorce!
Not to mention, Lamar's estranged wife was definitely missed towards the end as her sisters began working on Kris' tribute video. In typical Kardashian fashion, the girls didn't let Khloé's MIA status get in the way of party planning.
