Dr. Oz Is Being Sued By Consumers Who Say He Promoted A BS Weight-Loss Miracle… AGAIN!

Dr. Oz

Uh oh.

Dr. Oz is being called out by consumers (again) over a weight loss supplement promoted during his show segment, "Five Biggest Fat Busters for Five Body Types in Just Five Days."

Hmm.. already sounds like a scam.

Essentially, the plaintiffs are saying the product is sh*t and are seeking to get their money back plus damages.

The "magic weight-cure" contains a green coffee bean extract called Garcinia Cambogia and is sold by a company called Labrada, which made tons of money after Oz's endorsement.

The class action lawsuit says the TV personality flaunted the drug as the "magic ingredient that lets you lose weight without diet or exercise," according to TMZ.

In case you forgot, this is the same supplement the 55-year-old faced trouble with in the past — he had to testify before Senate back in 2014 to prove it was a legit method of weight loss.

During that particular case, Oz relied on a scientific study which has since been discredited.

Oof.

We'll keep you updated as this progresses.
