Kanye West Goes Back On Statement That Waves Is 'The Best Album Of All Time' — See His Humble Reasoning HERE!

This is a bit surprising.

Kanye West isn't exactly known for being modest which is why we were NOT shocked at all when the All Day rapper called his upcoming album, now titled Waves, the "best album of all time."

Well it seems that West must have had a slice of humble pie last night as he took to Twitter and backtracked on his statement by explaining what he REALLY meant.

Wanting to honor other great musicians, Kanye tweeted:

Out of respect for Q-Tip, Puff, Hov, Lauren, Pharcyde, Mary, Stevie, Michael, Hendrix, James, Pete Rock, Pac, Marvin….

Wow.

It's so AH-Mazing to hear Kanye speak like this and say he wants to honor other great artists like Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, Jay Z, and Marvin Gaye!

It's certainly not every day that he shows a more humble side.
