Kate Hudson Admits Her Weight Fluctuates 'At Least Five Pounds Every Month' Following Her Sexy Self Cover!

Kate spills her diet secrets!

Kate Hudson proves time and time again how insane her body is!

It was just on Tuesday that the actress unleashed her abs for the cover of Self magazine, but she's still not ready to stop talking about them.

Revealing to People magazine just how she keeps so fit, she admitted:

"It's about health and mindfulness. Because you can have the greatest body and you can be really unhappy if that's all you're working toward."

Preach!!!

But the 36-year-old can't deny her weakness for a cheesy slice:

"Like Hawaiian pizza. I'm always the person that orders the pizza that everybody goes, 'Why did you order that?'"

LOLz!

In all seriousness though, speaking about her new book, Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body, Kate makes her feelings on dieting clear. Admitting to previously yo-yoing, the actress confessed:

"I think we've put so much focus on the results that everybody is forgetting to enjoy the process. And really the only way you can get there in a way that is meaningful is if you enjoy it. And everybody has a different way of finding out what that is. I have fluctuated [in weight] my whole life."

She continued:

"I fluctuate at least five pounds every month. I really want to reach people that are asking, 'How do I get there?' A lot of people are quite discouraged by the process of getting healthy because one, they think they can't afford it, and two, it's daunting. I wanted to start a dialogue. Because you won't be able to even get there until you actually accept yourself and start connecting with yourself."

Leave it to Kate to be completely honest!

Explaining how to actually reach your goals, the trim starlet explained:

"People make excuses, 'Oh, it's genetics or this or that.' I'm not talking about aesthetics, I'm actually talking about health. You can have aesthetic goals, that's one piece of the puzzle. You can see images of men or women and say, 'Oh, that's my goal, that's what I'd like to look like some day'. But that's not going to get you there in a way that embodies and encompasses what it is to really feel strong mentally and physically."

She should become a motivational speaker!
