Teresa Giudice is having an awesome Friday.
Just a little over a month since Giudice was released from prison, her attorney revealed she's officially DONE with house arrest.

Translation: Tre can now come and go as she pleases!
While the reality star has gone on approved shopping trips and family excursions since leaving prison on December 23, she no longer has to get the okay from her probation officer. Considering the mom of four is releasing her prison memoir on Tuesday, we think this development couldn't have come at a better time!
T.G.'s lawyer said of the good news:
"Effective this morning, Teresa is no longer subject to the parameters of home confinement. She is now free in all aspects from the custodial portion of her sentence. The restitution has been paid in full and what remains is a two-year period of supervised release, the terms of which we will remain in full compliance with."
Woot! It's also a relief to know the restitution is taken care of!
The legal rep added:
"Teresa is very much looking forward to closing this dark chapter in her life and moving forward both personally and professionally."
Sounds like 2016 is going to be way better than 2015 for Teresa… minus Joe Giudice heading off to the clink in March, of course. Hopefully the beauty takes advantage of all this family time before Joe is gone for 41 months.
Here's to seeing you out and about, Tre!
