Can't we all just get along?

Nick Cannon may be ready to meet Mariah Carey's new man, but he's not about to let someone talk smack about his former flame!

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez were guests on Cannon's Wild 'N Out on Monday and things were a bit more WILD than normal!

When it came time for a rap battle between Stevie and and the host's crews, the back and forth exchange reportedly became progressively heated.

The insults came to a boiling point when J told Nick that he banged Mariah TWICE! Them's fightin' words!

Obviously the 35-year-old did not take this too well and told Stevie he should worry about Joseline because she was fooling around with rapper Rick Ross.

Apparently, the Drumline actor was so angry that he threatened the Love & Hip Hop star, saying:

"You'll never work in this town again."

Classic! But then again, Cannon DOES have a lot of Hollywood connections…

Witnesses to the incident told TMZ that the two almost got into it physically before producers stepped in and separated them.

We just hope we'll get to see the heated moment if and when the episode airs later this year!

Do you think Nick was justified in losing his cool??
