We can't believe it's been four years.
Whitney Houston died on the night of music producer Clive Davis' pre-Grammys gala four years ago, and now that we're on the eve of yet another show, everybody is recalling Whitney's amazing ways.

Speaking to PEOPLE this week, Davis discussed discovering Whitney, and having her perform at his pre-Grammys parties in the past:
"This party was the favorite night of the year of Whitney Houston from the time I discovered her in 1983. She performed at this party maybe six, seven, eight times over the years. I very much want people to know why all of us in the industry considered [Whitney] the greatest contemporary singer. I will make sure that on the 40th anniversary of this party, Whitney is continued to be remembered."
We can't wait to see what Davis has up his sleeve… there were few who could match Whitney's vocal talent!
