Well, that was anti-climatic!
While most people (including us) LOVED Beyoncé's Super Bowl performance of her new single Formation, a group of haters deemed the show anti-police!
In fact, some people were so upset by Queen Bey's apparent nod to the Black Panthers, a group of demonstrators were set to gather outside NFL headquarters for an anti-Yoncé protest!
Officers from the NYPD and NFL security showed up outside headquarters on Tuesday morning, expecting a showdown.

And while a horde of members from the Beyhive gathered in preparation to defend their Queen, barely anyone from the opposing side ever showed up!
That's right! About three dozen Beyonce fans gathered on the sidewalk outside of the NFL building — and were met by all of three adversaries throughout the day!
According to reports, there was only one anti-Bey protester there for a long time — a middle-aged white guy wearing a New York Giants jacket — who was soon joined by a man who said he was a volunteer for Ted Cruz's campaign!
LOLz! You can't make this stuff up!

The second protester, who thought Formation was a call for violence against the police (sigh…) seemed embarrassed that no one else from his side showed up, telling reporters:
"Some of us are surprised that there are only a couple of us out here today. It is scheduled from 8 to 4 p.m.; it's a business day. Also, the weather; the rain turned a lot of people away. You know, 6 p.m. would be a better time. Even lunch time — 12 p.m., 1 p.m."
A third protester showed up about two hours into the event, a woman from Seattle named April Bedunah, who was there to support her "many cop friends."
The heavy drizzle eventually drove away the anti-Bey protestors, but the songstress' supporters stayed in Formation — proving that no one can mess with the Beyhive:
