We love Khloé Kardashian because she's one of the most blunt and opinionated members of her famous family.
Well, on her talk show Kocktails With Khloé Wednesday night, the KUWTK star revealed the reason behind her carpe diem (now known as "YOLO") attitude is actually because of her father's death.
The 31-year-old explained how the loss of her father Robert Kardashian when she was just 19 has left a lasting impact on how she lives her life today.

Speaking to guests David Arquette, Kat DeLuna, Taye Diggs, and Teachers' Katie O'Brien, the reality star got candid about his death, saying:
"When my father passed away I was so young. I was 19. I didn't realize. I knew he was dying, but I didn't take advantage of that time. I think now just seizing the day and every minute you have with someone.. that's a blessing."
The late lawyer, who is currently being portrayed by David Schwimmer on American Crime Story, died in 2003 from esophageal cancer at age 59.
KoKo explained how losing her father at a young age reminded her to be appreciative of all she has in life, adding:
"Now, even when I'm at lunch with someone, I don't like to be on my phone. I put my phone down and I really want to interact with that person and have that lunch be a great lunch… You never know what's going to happen later, so I really try to be present in every moment."
Well, she certainly lives by her mantra, because like her sisters, Khloé's presence is only getting stronger!
