And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.

Kesha fans took a hit on Friday when an NY Supreme Court judge decided to deny her injunction bid against producer Dr. Luke.
To catch you up, the 28-year-old filed a lawsuit — after claiming Dr. Luke drugged and raped her — in order to get out of her contract at Luke's Kemosabe Records label, housed under the Sony umbrella, in order to make new music again and save her career.
Unfortunately for the songstress, the ruling was not in her favor.
When the news broke, the Tik ToK singer was seen weeping openly in court before hugging her crying fans outside.
Needless to say, Kesha's army of fans didn't take the ruling lightly. Here's what they had to say:
Kesha is the most genuine, caring artist in the modern age. She doesn't deserve this.

Whatever happens today if Kesha's career get ruined today bc of that man I'm positive the world will ruin Dr. Luke's career in return 💋

Hearing the Kesha news just gets you so horribly defeated with how The System is a failure.

WHY ARE NO CELEBRITIES BACKING UP KESHA WHY ARE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE BUSINESS SITTING BY AND LETTING THIS HAPPEN
— kara (@karaquirk) February 19, 2016
no kesha slander will prosper, she's a genuinely talented and humble artist who is in it for the music and to better peoples lives

Not Kesha's hugest fan but what they are doing to her is vile. And people wonder why some are scared to come forward about sexual abuse
— Naomi (@Naomiiknows) February 19, 2016
So Chris Brown can abuse someone and still be free/have a career, but Kesha can be sexually and mentally abused yet she's exploited?

I'm so disappointed. I really hope other artists say something or share their experiences. Kesha is so brave for being the first.
