Unless you've been living under a rock, you know how MASSIVELY successful Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been.
Of course with the kind of money and success the sci-fi flick has had, sequels are inevitable!
While you may have known we're getting five more SW films before 2020 — Star Wars: Episode VIII (which has already started filming), as well as spinoffs for Han Solo and Boba Fett — apparently there could be A LOT more flicks from the franchise coming our way!

Disney is reportedly looking into the possibility of five MORE films after 2020 and potentially giving solo films to characters like Ob-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) and Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson)!
The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams opened up to The Sun about future projects saying:
"There are some really cool things being discussed. It is very exciting to see how it is being put together."
Another source added:
"The success of The Force Awakens has given executives much to think about. So many characters' back-stories and futures can now be brought to life. When these ideas came from George Lucas 40 years ago, technology was lagging behind. Now they can be turned around in a year."
While we may have to wait a while for these spinoff flicks, the good news is we'll be getting Rogue One: A Star Wars Story later this year on December 16, 2016 and Han Solo and Boba Fett films are due in 2018 and 2020!
Oh and Episode VIII opens on December 15, 2017 and Episode IX will land sometime in 2019!
Are you happy to be exploring more of the galaxy far, far away?
