Wait… did we actually feel sorry for Olivia Caridi for a second?!
The notorious villain on season 20 of The Bachelor broke down in tears Monday night on the Women Tell All special… and it actually made us look at her a little differently!

It seems that it wasn't just Chris Harrison in hot water on the show last night, then, because Olivia took the hot seat at one point and got REALLY real about her time in the house searching for love.
The Texas-based TV anchor revealed that she "hated" watching herself on the show, and her life after the season has been very difficult the last few months:
"They've been really hard. … I gave my sister my social media accounts because it's just a rough place right now."
On a more positive note, Olivia did apologize to Amanda Stanton for her disrespectful comment about feeling like she was on an episode of Teen Mom with the single parent in the house, saying:
"There's no way of knowing how to do this, and I didn't do it right, but I've learned."
For what it's worth, Amanda accepted her apology.

It wasn't all Olivia last night, though… Caila Quinn got real about Ben Higgins' lack of love for her, despite finishing in the final three and just missing out on that season finale next week!
Ch-ch-check out Caila talking to Harrison about Higgins (below):
Whoa! All in all, a pretty emotional night!

Of course, Lace Morris was also there, and she provided a little bit of levity on an otherwise serious evening. She posed for a photo with a stalker-ish fan who had — no joke — a tattoo of Lace's face on his stomach (?!?!?!).
Then, she hinted she would be appearing on the next season of Bachelor In Paradise…
So there you go!
What'd U think of last night's episode?!
