If you haven't been watching The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story then you've been missing out!
While every episode brings a roller coaster of emotions, Tuesday night probably gave us the most shocking scene yet when Nathan Lane's character F. Lee Bailey cross-examines Mark Fuhrman, played by Steven Pasquale, and drops the N-word six times!
Bailey grilled Fuhrman on this issue as Mark was the police detective who was known for using racial slurs and the defense sought to bring this to light.
Though the scene in the hit FX series apparently matched up pretty accurately with what really went down — aside from the extra tension and drama TV shows add — viewers were very surprised to hear the racial slur from Lane!
Fans of the show had a range of reactions from being shocked to making fun of the moment as they shared their thoughts on Twitter saying:
why is the white guy in people vs oj saying the n word

Didn't need to hear Timon use the n-word this many times. Nathan Lane has used it more times in that minute than I have in my entire life!
