The legal war rages on, but this battle is a victory for Camille Grammer!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has been fighting her ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos in court ever since she accused him of abusing her back in 2013.
However, the 40-year-old has been suing the blonde beauty for defamation, claiming SHE is actually the one who got violent during the alleged incident.
And even though her former flame was not criminally charged for the supposed attack, the Bravolebrity still countersued for assault and battery.

Now, it looks like she earned herself a decent win in the ongoing legal battle! According to the DailyMail, a Texas judge recently ruled that the Greek lawyer must pay for her legal fees from the lengthy case.
Dimitri has to shell out $119,000 to his ex to cover the costs of her attorneys, and then must also pay her an additional $2,300 for other expenses related to the lawsuits.
Want to know why the judge sided with Camille? Well, it turns out he felt that the father-of-one did not provided enough legal reasoning to support his opposition.
But this whole thing is far from over, because the lawsuits are ongoing and the tumultuous twosome is STILL duking it out in court.
