It's been a rough few months for Kristin Cavallari.
Late last year, the blonde beauty's brother, Michael, was found dead in Utah after he was reported missing. And although some time has passed since her sibling tragically passed away from hypothermia, the momma-of three is still trying to cope with the sad loss.

The Laguna Beach alum told US Weekly that her kids Camden, Jaxon, and baby Saylor are helping her get through the dark days, saying:
"I'm OK. I mean, I have good days and bad days. I've just been looking to my kids especially for strength, and focusing on them."
The reality star is also focusing on work.
The precious parent explained that, even after going through such a horrible tragedy, she wanted to share her personal growth with fans in her new book Balancing in Heels, which discusses life after the popular MTV show, adding:
"I just feel like I've come a long way the past ten years and I am at a place where I can let people in. And you know, I feel like as corny as it sounds, I've kind of found my place of happiness so I just, I wanted to write a book to show women that you can in fact have it all. Obviously I've had to make some sacrifices since my family is my number one priority, but I think that once you figure out what your priorities are … everything else just kind of falls into place."
"I don't want people to think that I have it all figured out, because I definitely don't, and I am just doing the best that I can."
We feel terrible that Kristin lost her brother, but we're glad she's staying strong by focusing on her kids and her work.
