Will this drama EVER end?
On Monday, it was revealed that a judge has ruled Madonna and Guy Ritchie's custody battle over their son Rocco will face off in New York this June and NOT in London. Oh man!
As we reported, Madge recently withdrew her legal proceedings in England under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction and requested that all legal matters be hashed out in New York.

And it looks like the Material Girl finally got a victory in this very dramatic case as Justice Alistair MacDonald ruled that the proceedings in the U.K. could be halted. Bravo!
Still, the feuding parents have a long way to go as the justice called the family dispute a "tragedy" and suggested the twosome should stop spending the "fast receding days" of Rocco's childhood in court. He added:
"I renew, one final time, my plea for the parents to seek, and to find, an amicable resolution to the dispute between them…it would be a very great tragedy for Rocco if any more of the precious and fast-receding days of his childhood were to be taken up by this dispute."
Oh snap! Here's hoping this conflict will resolved itself by the time they hit the courtroom again this summer. Fingers crossed!
