It seems like Kesha still has a long fight ahead of her.
As we reported, the Tik Tok singer filed appeal papers after her injunction bid to get out of her recording contract with Dr. Luke — AKA Lukasz Gottwald — was denied last month.
In case you forgot, the blonde beauty wants to officially severe ties with the music producer as she claims he sexually assaulted and abused her. The 42-year-old has vehemently denied these accusations.

Most recently, the Die Young starlet's legal team revealed they are attempting to convince the court that keeping her in this contract with the industry vet is similar to slavery. DANGGGGGG!
Obviously, Dr. Luke and his lawyers were not at all happy with that comparison as they quickly clapped back with a response. Gottwald's attorney, Christine Lepera, noted:
"The Court repeatedly stated Kesha was already free to record without Dr. Luke, and that she had not presented any facts supporting her claims. That's because all the evidence — including Kesha's own sworn testimony – show her allegations are false. Her attorneys can continue manufacturing even more false and outrageous claims, but the fact remains that her time would be better spent in a studio than wasting time having her lawyer and mother spin lies in the media."
Well it looks Luke is NOT backing down anytime soon. In fact, it might not be until Kanye West is president that we'll get new music from Kesha.
We guess we'll just have to wait and see!
