However, Rob threw in his two cents anyway, saying:

This seems a little suspicious to us…
To put that into perspective, Nielsen reported that Justin Bieber's most recent entry Purpose pushed 100 million in its first week… meaning Kanye was somehow able to attract 2.5x more people using TIDAL alone.
Plus, Spotify reaches 30 million users to TIDAL's 3 million, so it seems wildly impractical for The Life of Pablo to be that much more successful than its competitors.
"It's a really good number, and it's even more impressive that it's only in one place. There's a lot of services that can stream audio, but there's only place where you get this album and that's TIDAL. That's how it differentiates itself.
Kanye being outspoken and being Kanye helps get it there, but it doesn't make it without being a quality album."
We guess we'll believe what Jay and 'Ye are putting down for now… but we've got our eyes on them!
Do U think T.L.O.P. really hit the 250 million mark that quickly??
