If this is true, that's just horrible.
On Wednesday, LAPD confirmed that they've launched a criminal investigation against Charlie Sheen. While the authorities did not reveal the victim in the alleged incident, or what the specific incident was, there are reports coming out that claim the scandalized star had threatened to kill his ex-fiancée, Brett Rossi.
There's supposedly an incriminating audio tape that recorded the actor considering putting out a hit on his past lady love, whose real name is Scottine Ross.

According to the reports, you can hear the Two and a Half Men alum saying on the recording:
"This piece of sh*t needs to be f*cking buried. I'd rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in."
That would certainly explain the restraining order the porn star recently received against her former flame. And that's not all.
Apparently, the controversial celeb also admitted to lying to his ex about his HIV status, just like she says in her lawsuit against him!
On the tape you supposedly can hear a female voice say:
"Why did you tell me you were not infected?"
To which the 50-year-old allegedly responded:
"Because it's none of you f*cking business."
If all this is true, that's incredibly messed up.
And while we don't know much about the ongoing case, we do know that the police have obtained a search warrant. Keep checking back at PerezHilton.com for any updates.
