Amy Schumer has found a supporter in Lena Dunham!
As you may recall, the Trainwreck actress recently slammed Glamour magazine for labeling her plus sized and the Girls creator has since come to her defense. Girl power!

While at The Hollywood Reporter's 35 Most Powerful People event in NYC, the Golden Globe winner dished:
"I think fashion should be for women and it should be for all women. We did an interview recently on Lenny with Beth Ditto who just launched a line that is technically plus-sized but what she really cares about is just putting women in clothes they can feel good about because so often we've assumed women who aren't size zeros just want to put themselves in a tent."
Well said! She continued:
"I think Amy's entire thing is trying to sort of like break down barriers and be bold about her own opinions and what I think she was trying to do was stand up for women and say we're not supposed be categorized in this role, we're supposed to just be allowed to exist."
We couldn't have explained it better ourselves! Still, we're not ENTIRELY shocked that Miz Schumer's found an ally in the 29 year old as the brunette beauty's been tackling these types of topics in her highly popular newsletter titled Lenny Letter.
Is anyone else eager for Amy and Lena to collaborate on something in the near future? It can't just be us…
