Kourtney Kardashian Reveals Which Foods She Cut To Get So… Cut!

We all know that Kourtney Kardashian's body be bangin'!

But now, the brunette beauty is spilling secrets about what it takes to get — and maintain — her fit physique! The momma-of-three opened up to E! News about her rigorous regimen.

So, if you want to look fierce and flawless like the 37-year-old, pay close attention!

The reality star explained that she's putting a TON of time in the gym in order to get cut, and says that time is really precious as a parent, telling:

"I think I take time for myself now to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids. I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically, just to really take that time."

And since Kourt is exercising so much, she says it helps to have Khloé Kardashian motivating her, adding:

"I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloé and I really push each other to do that."

You know who else is really good at getting the gorgeous gal's ass in gear? Her personal trainer! Here are all the moves he makes her do:

"We do jump roping, but then in-between he'll have us do weights and squats and push-ups and sit-ups. A lot of things using our body weight. I couldn't even do one regular push up when we started with him. And now I can do so many. He has me doing full-body pull-ups."

But the lovely lady admitted that there's more to getting a beautiful body than just working out. She also makes super strict diet decisions, confessing:

"I think what you put into your body with food and how much water you drink…I think it's just as important what you put inside as what you put on your skin. So right this second, we're doing gluten-free, dairy-free and so are my kids. We're doing six weeks."

In fact, the TV personality didn't even cheat during Rob Kardashian's birthday! She revealed:

"[Rob] had this huge cake, and I brought them this gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip cookies. But I warned them in advance, and they were fine. Kim [Kardashian West] was like, 'North [West] would never do that.'"

LOL!
