Bill Cosby WILL go to court for those criminal charges after all!
In this controversial case, Andrea Constand claims the comedian drugged and sexually assaulted her at his home back in 2004.
Last month, the scandalized celeb was granted a temporary stay from the trial while the Pennsylvania Superior Court made a decision about his motion to dismiss the charges.

But now, the judge is rejecting his attempt to put a halt on the trial!
The actor's attorneys had been appealing the February ruling that decided against throwing out the case, since the previous District Attorney had apparently promised the star that he wouldn't be prosecuted over the alleged assault against the former Temple University employee.
However, on Monday the court denied the appeal and lifted the stay, allowing the trial to move forward.
Current DA Kevin Steele is pleased with the decision, saying in a statement:
"We are ready for that [preliminary] hearing and look forward to the Court setting a date so we can present our case."
In the past, Bill has rejected Andrea's claims that the sexual acts were not consensual. His reps didn't have any comment on the new ruling.
However this legal battle ends, we just hope justice is served.
