Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert, has officially dropped her counterclaims against Dr. Luke.
As you're probably aware, the music producer filed a lawsuit accusing the singer and her mother of defamation and tortious interference. In response, Pebe filed counterclaims of "intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress" in regards to her 29-year-old daughter, among other accusations.
It's been revealed as of Tuesday that Miz Sebert has voluntarily dropped those claims.

In a statement from her attorney:
"The litigation with Dr. Luke has been a nightmare for Mrs. Sebert and her family. She has decided to move on and find peace and forgiveness in her heart rather than dwelling in the cancerous past of an ongoing lawsuit with no end in sight."
Dr. Luke's lawyer responded to the dropped charges saying:
"Pebe Sebert's voluntary withdrawal of all her claims against Dr. Luke is her acknowledgement that her claims are meritless. Dr. Luke's defamation and other claims continue against Pebe and Kesha Sebert."
