The state's Senate voted on Thursday afternoon by a 33-to-12 count to make abortion not only a felony, but punishable by up to three years in prison — and now, the bill is in the hands of Gov. Mary Fallin (pictured above) as she must decide whether to sign it and enact it into law.
The state also voted in the controversial bill in question to start revoking doctors' medical licenses for the "performance of an abortion" on a female patient, with only one exception: if the abortion is necessary for the life of the mother.
Oklahoma GOP politician Nathan Dahm — the author of the grotesque bill who, by the way, does not appear to have a vagina — said of the legislation:
"This is our proper function, to protect life."
OK… except a little something called Roe v. Wade exists at the federal level which ensures abortion is a legal right of all American citizens, and since federal law trumps state law in these matters…
The YouTube celebrity posted a lengthy, emotional video revealing that she and her husband are ending their marriage.
