This is absolutely wonderful.

Legal drama might be upcoming from the KUWTK world!
Kris Jenner and the Kardashian fam can't be too happy that Dr. Gary Eldridge, an Australian face doc, has filed for an American trademark that uses their name!
The 'Kardashian Facelift,' as Eldridge is calling it in his trademark papers, was just filed officially with U.S. trademark officials so the Aussie doc can market to people wanting to look like the reality TV stars.
According to court documents, the cosmetic procedure — which costs $1,870 — is apparently a 'painless' injection of fibring protein that helps skin on the face repair and rejuvenate naturally and quickly.
But don't expect the K-fam to cash in on this one — and least, not unless they file a lawsuit citing the doc for using their brand to his own personal gain!
That's because Eldridge is claiming that the procedure is named after his daughter's dog, Kardashian.
Not sure how long that's gonna work, Dr. Eldridge!
