And we're at such a loss of words, we're going to let Miz Teigen tell you what went down:
UPDATE 5:10 P.M. EST: In case anyone was confused about the dog note in the order, Amber was asking (and was denied) protection for her pup Pistol. Johnny's dog Boo is also in her custody, but she will hand the canine over when the star comes back to LA.
On Friday, Amber requested a temporary restraining order against Johnny over claims of domestic violence. The actress alleges the actor repeatedly assaulted her during their brief marriage and as recently as this past Saturday.
According to Heard, on May 21 Mr. Depp smashed an iPhone into her face during an argument in which cops were called. Per the beauty's lawyer Samantha Spector, this is when she decided to end their one year marriage despite the poppa's alleged attempt to keep her quiet with cash.
To make matters worse, A.H. argues that she has a video of the 53-year-old beating her. Samantha also brought various pictures of Amber with bruises to show the judge.
Based on the evidence, the judge GRANTED the blonde a temporary restraining order against her ex. Per the judge, Johnny must stay 100 yards away from Amber, at least until a hearing next month. The legal maven also gave Heard the right to live in the duo's home while the courts work out their differences.
The only requests the judge rejected was the star's plea to keep J.D. away from their dogs in addition to denying her the couple's Range Rover. The judge didn't feel there was enough evidence to support either of these moves.
