As Amber Heard has left the court house after being granted a temporary restraining order against Johnny Depp, the details behind her legal filings have come to light.
As we previously reported, the actress claims he smashed an iPhone into her face over the weekend, leaving her with a bruise surrounding her eye. She also alleged the actor has been abusive throughout their 15-month-long marriage.
Well, TMZ has revealed that according to her legal docs, the 30-year-old made it clear her ex was both physically and verbally abusive to her throughout their entire relationship, which she says was in part due to his drug and alcohol abuse.

In those docs, Amber states the Alice Through The Looking Glass star showed up to her birthday party at their home last month "inebriated and high." According to her, they argued after guests left for the night, and that he threw a large bottle of champagne at the wall and a wine glass at her. He also grabbed her by the shoulders, threw her onto the bed, grabbed her by the hair, and pushed her to the floor.
Additionally, she alleges that she didn't see him until the incident over the weekend when they were talking about his mom's passing the very day before. Again, she says he was drunk and high, "suddenly began obsessing" about something, became angry, and threw his phone at her. Amber described the incident, saying he "wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye."
Johnny also pulled her hair, struck her, and then proceeded to chug from a large wine bottle before using it to smash items in the house, according to her legal documents.
In the pictures she provided as evidence, there are glass shards, smashed picture frames shown, as well as a picture of a large bottle of wine spilled on the ground and more shots of her bruises.
