No, not Allied...

Now the stories are starting to come full circle.
As we reported earlier this week, the LAPD was called to an alleged altercation between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, but at the time, they did not seek to press charges after being unable to find evidence of domestic abuse.
Well, now, one of the people there — Amber's neighbor and friend of thirteen years, Raquel Rose Pennington — has given a deposition where she describes that day's events in detail, and it is very scary.
Pennington claims that on May 21, she received a text from Heard asking her to come over to the woman's condo. When Pennington got there, she heard the couple arguing, and she entered the condo to try to stop it.
"When I opened the door, I saw Amber by the couch, covering her head with her arms and hands, as Johnny was loudly screaming at her."
When Pennington ran to stop it in Amber's defense, she also claims that Johnny went off the deep end and started getting crazy:
"I ran over and stood in between Johnny and Amber, begging Johnny to stop yelling at her. I put my hands out in a defensive manner motioning him to stop. Johnny slapped my hands away and screamed foul obscenities at me."
From there, Pennington alleges that Depp picked up a bottle of wine and began swinging it 'like a baseball bat' around the condo — and in the process, he smashed everything he could.
It was then that Raquel took Amber back to her place and called the police.
