A new report has surfaced via TMZ claiming Amber Heard attempted to get that domestic violence charge erased from her record in the beginning stages of the actress' relationship with Johnny Depp. Specifically, a month after the two reconnected following Rum Diary filming.
This news comes after Heard's ex Tasya van Ree spoke out about the 2009 arrest, claiming it wasn't that big of a deal.

The Magic Mike XXL star's lawyer Michele Shaw supposedly submitted a letter on November 14, 2011 to the Seattle Police Dept. arresting officers, requesting they wipe her record clean of the incident. Essentially, she was eligible for this because the case was never prosecuted.
ICYMI: Amb was arrested in 2009 for allegedly assaulting her domestic partner at Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. She was booked, appeared in court, and no case was pursued since the ladies lived in LA.
