There's no question this must be excruciatingly difficult on the entire family.

Just a little over a week before OITNB's season four premiere, the former prisoner opened up on whether or not she's a fan of the series while chatting with Chelsea Handler.
For those who don't remember, the lifestyle guru served a whopping FIVE MONTHS back in 2004 for insider trading. The scandal definitely left an unforgettable mark on a once spotless legacy.
Thankfully for us, Chelsea, who is all about asking those uncomfortable questions, prodded Stewart about her interest in the popular prison show by asking if it "hit too close to home".
"It's not as good as the real thing."
Dayum, girl! Don't you know the show was written by a woman who actually served time in the big house?
Elaborating on her anti-OITNB stance, the 74-year-old explained:
"When you live through something like Orange Is the New Black, the real characters are better."
Hmm… fair point. We wonder if Teresa Giudice feels similarly…
Martha went on to reveal her HORRIFYING experience of having to wake up "really early" to watch the news while in prison:
"In prison it was BET television at all times. I had to get up really early to watch the news. So if I wanted to watch the stock market and stuff like that, I had to get up really early and watch it by myself."
WHAT A TRAVESTY.
But wait, there's MORE! Check out the vid (below)! to get Martha's hilarious opinions on other popular TV shows!
