It's hard to imagine the Oscars without its jaw-dropping ending!
Sadly, this meant the comedian couldn't close the show with
TBT June 9, 2010: "Bieber in his infancy! I miss it when he was nice! And this was all the drama surrounding him!"
No word yet, but his lawyer went to court Wednesday to insist that the charges be withdrawn.
You'll recall that Justin Bieber's manager was arrested after a riot broke out at a Long Island mall Justin was suppose to appear at. He was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance when he failed to tweet out the event was canceled and five girls were hurt with minor injuries.
Scott "Scooter" Braun's legal team appeared at the courthouse with the defense that it was the mall's security that should be to blame for the incident, not him. Scooter's attorney said:
"We believe the people that were responsible for security should have to answer… and the five minor injuries that were caused were because of the way the police handled the cancellation of the event."
The guy has a point. The Twitterverse is powerful, but security should have been equipped to deal with Bieber Fever!
Totes Team Scooter!
