On Monday, the actress called El Lay cops on her estranged husband for allegedly violating his temporary restraining order.
Here's what's going on — per TMZ, a ton of Johnny's people showed up to a home they once shared together to remove his personal items. It's important to note J.D. was NOT present.
Per the temporary restraining order, the actor is allowed to move stuff out of his home if he himself is not there. As long as the 53-year-old physically stays 100 yards away from Ambs, he's in the clear.
While the cops have been sent out to investigate the situation, Depp's team believes he has done nothing wrong. However, Ms. Heard argues the timing and speed of the move is suspicious.
Hmm. It'll be interesting to see how this development plays out in court this Friday.
