Will Amber Heard walk away victorious on Friday?
Well, that's what Miz Heard's team appears to think since they believe the blonde beauty's estranged husband, Johnny Depp, will plead the fifth during their restraining order trial. Hmm, go on.

On Monday, sources dished to TMZ that Amber and co. speculate the Pirates of the Caribbean actor is too afraid to testify himself and risk admitting something that may hurt him in the long run. In fact, the Magic Mike XXL actress' team doesn't even think Depp will submit a written statement denying the alleged abuse.
It's not crazy to think Johnny will remain mum during his deposition as both Mel Gibson and Bill Cosby faced legal backlash after dropping truth bombs under oath. Amber's legal counsel, according to the media site, believes they've already locked in a victory for Friday's court appearance as the judge will have no other option but to grant the 30-year-old her restraining order if she's willing to talk and her former flame is not.
Even if Johnny is innocent, it isn't uncommon for someone in his position to stay silent in a civil case. Stay tuned for more information regarding this complicated case!
