This f*ckin' guy…

As the country continues to deal with the largest mass shooting in American history, the Republican and Democratic parties are still trying to pit this act of violence against one another.

49 people were murdered at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, early Sunday morning, and while this was clearly a hate crime first and foremost, that's not about to stop politicians from gaining something from this.

Donald Trump first tried to act like he was the better Presidential candidate for the LGBT community… and now his failed Presidential predecessor John McCain has come up with some jokes of his own!

In fact, the Arizona Senator went as far as blaming the Pulse Nightclub attack on President Barack Obama in front of Capitol Hill reporters on Thursday, saying:

"Barack Obama is directly responsible for it because when he pulled everybody out of Iraq, al Qaeda went to Syria, became ISIS, and ISIS is what it is today thanks to Barack Obama's failures — utter failures, by pulling everybody out of Iraq, thinking that conflicts end just because you leave. So the responsibility for it lies with President Barack Obama and his failed policies."

Seriously??

Obviously, many people took issue with this since it's McCain's party providing people with assault weapons that's the real problem, but at least he had the wherewithal to apologize… Kind of:

"I misspoke. I did not mean to imply that the President was personally responsible. I was referring to President Obama's national security decisions, not the President himself. As I have said, President Obama's decision to completely withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq in 2011 led to the rise of ISIL."

You didn't "imply" President Obama did anything wrong… you said it explicitly!

What do U think of McCain's controversial clarification??
