And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.
Brad, apparently, was especially upset about

Andy Cohen himself couldn't have written a more salacious drama!
Following the shocking announcement of Jules and Michael Wainstein's divorce, a public battle of he/she said has broken out. Let's just say things have gotten very ugly and dramatic between the pair over the course of a few short days!
While the reality star claims Michael cheated on her, his lawyer has come out swinging against those allegations. The legal rep also went on to suggest that one of the exes might be kicked out of their shared New York City apartment following their police drama on Thursday afternoon.
Explaining why M.W. is innocent, the lawyer stated:
"We prepared papers dated May 13. We sued her for divorce. She has not answered the papers. If she had any basis for counterclaim against him, she would have done so. This incorrect allegation that he was busted for committing adultery, if it's true, she certainly would have answered his papers countersuing him for adultery. She has not done that."
Wow! We didn't know the two had split A MONTH before the news broke… how crazy!
As for the lawyer's reasoning, Jules' delay in response could be attributed to her desire to save the marriage. We imagine she tried to work it out with her partner of eight years before calling it quits.
To make matters even more tricky, the businessman's counsel believes a court date to work out their tense living situation is imminent:
"Obviously, it's not going very well. When it gets to court, the judge may order someone to move out. They don't have a court date yet."
Well, we imagine separate houses might be best for the former lovers. Their two kiddos do NOT need to be around that bad energy!
Despite Michael's denial, Jules took to her Bravo blog late Thursday night to confirm her side of the story:
"It was so difficult to watch the beginning of the end unfold in this week's episode, but I've come a long way since my life began to unravel this past winter, and my kids and I will be just fine — better than fine. Truth is that it's too easy to get caught up in your own reality, especially when you are blindsided and betrayed by someone who is supposed to be a partner and friend. I'm trusting and open, but I'm also strong and practical. This isn't the end of the world, it's just a big bump in the road, but I'll get over it and I'll be stronger for it. I've got my kids, my family, my friends, my business, Modern Alkeme, and while my heart might be broken, it's still good as gold. There are bigger issues in the world that need tackling, and there are bigger realities that need to be addressed. My reality is that my kids and I are healthy and happy. We're lucky and blessed. My thoughts and prayers are with the families affected by the tragedies in Orlando and the rest of the country and world."
Aww! It sounds like the beauty is doing the best she can. We also appreciate that she took the time to address the tragedy in Orlando.
So, who do YOU believe?
